Up-and-coming evening talks and drop-in sessions at the Marlipins during the
FOldS exhibition 14th May – 27th July
(Please note the evening talks are ticketed events only, for 30 seats)

The SSSI are coming to talk about the ’story of the SSSI’ –where and what the SSSI is they will talk about the saltmarsh's history and ecological importance; and the river’s contribution to place-making.
Crucially they will also talk about protecting these important areas for future generations of wildlife and human life, the Adur River Recovery project and the Support Biodiversity Recovery and the Weald to Waves nature corridor which includes the Old Shoreham area.

James Sainsbury is the Curator of Archaeology at Worthing Museum at Worthing Theatres and Museum and will be joining us to talk about the Archaeology of the Adur Valley, Shoreham Downs, extending into Truleigh and Edburton and Old Shoreham.
