What is: existence? The Shoreham Philosophical Society is meeting for its first ever session on Tuesday 11th January at 7.30pm in the Crabtree (Buckingham Road). There will be a short talk and plenty of time to discuss what it means to exist and how we know over food and drink. All welcome!

Hello and welcome to the Shoreham Philosophical Society. We hope to be a place where we can discuss the big questions of life in a relaxed atmosphere over a drink or two and some food . Our first meeting will be held at the Red Lion on Tuesday 11th January at 7.30pm. We'll be asking "What is existence?" There will be a short talk of about 15-20 minutes to get us started and then time for discussion. Finally we'll have a bit of a chat about the format and content of possible future meetings. We're hoping to meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. With best wishes, Angus & James
