Summer holiday activities week 5☀

On Monday we had Birds of Prey come to our Shipley office. We got up close and personal with several animals such as owls, a snake, guinea pigs and more! Our young carers loved meeting and getting a chance to hold all these lovely animals. Thank you Birds of Prey!🦉

We also had our 5th art workshop session, our young carers enjoyed making animal masks and paining some canvas's. 🎨

Summer holiday's week 5 ☀

Today we have our Birds of prey session where our young carers can meet some animals and learn about them.

On Tuesday 18th of August we have a cooking class where our young carers can learn some new skills.

Our 5th art workshop will take place on Wednesday 19th of August.

We also have two youth groups on this week, we are looking forward to seeing what our young carers get up top this week!🙂

Summer holidays week 4 ☀

On Monday last week our young carers had their 4th art workshop and created some absolute masterpiece's!

On Friday our young carers enjoyed a day out to the Yorkshire dales. They had a very busy day making hammocks, bracelets, an Eton mess and many more!

Summer holiday activities week 3 ☀

On Monday we had a trip to white scar cave, we walked through stunning limestone passages. It was a fascinating journey through millions of natural history, thank you White Scar Cave for having us!

Our young carers also had a music session at the Bolton woods centre with all stars. 🎶

What another brilliant week of holiday activities!🎉

On Tuesday we enjoyed a trip to National Science and Media Museum in Bradford. The young carers were able to explore the sound and vision gallery and the wonderlab.

On Wednesday the young carers joined us for a bowling session at Hollywood Bowl UK in Bradford. There were plenty of strikes, lots of laughs, and some friendly competition along the way.
