Northcliff Miniature Railway Welcome to Bradford MES. Miniature railways, boats, traction/stationary engines, general engineering.

Northcliff Miniature Railway is run by the members of Bradford Model Engineering Society. We run on occasional Sunday afternoons 1-4pm during the summer months, dates will be published on here and our website. We also run several special events with the Friends of Northcliffe during the year. Our members also sail their boats at Wibsey Park on Sunday mornings.

The first Sunday in July is always the Rae Gala in Northcliffe. It’s a free afternoon of fun & entertainment.

Now that the rain has gone we will be running the trains as planned this afternoon (Sunday 21st Sept) from 1.30 til about 4 🚂

Our junior member Cadeyrn turned 16 this week and has been promoted from shunting carriages to driving trains with passengers. Come along to this weekends running day so he can get lots of practice. Trains are running between 1:30 and 4:00 tomorrow (Sunday 17th August).
