Over 50s Seniors Youth Club
Would anyone be interested in a Seniors ‘Youth Club’ for over 50s starting in April? The idea is we run a longer session from 11am to 3pm with choice of activity tables such as a craft activity, a games table, pool, baking, darts, etc

Anyone for Lego?

We have had our Lego on long term loan to another local community project, but we are bringing it back for the winter season so that anyone who fancies building something at any point can - on our newly planned Lego table. 😊

Lynne & Chris do a really great job as volunteers running our Weds afternoon weekly film club at the Link. A third volunteer to join them would be a real help. Email [email protected] if you are interested in this role.

In conversation …

Do you want to be part of our future ‘In conversation’ project? A team of listeners who will meet local residents across different venues and out on street corners? Email [email protected] if you want to be involved or find out more. Partners welcome too. Thanks, Lucy

We loved running youth club - it was part of our passion 🥰

A Facebook memory from a decade ago - great memories from our amazing youth club and fabulous t-shirts made by the boys, with help from our lovely Charis. 🥰

Grassroots Leadership

An inspirational quote that reflects leadership as an act of vision, growth and courage.

Effective leadership requires a cornerstone of deep understanding and trust, ensuring people feel supported even when the path is hard.

Warm Space Champions.

We have 6,000 warm spaces across the country and Baildon Link is pleased to be amongst the 75 chosen warm space champions this year.

The first partnership event took place today at the Co-op headquarters, Manchester and what an amazing view from the top floor. The building collects rainwater to meet the full water needs of the building.

Great to be surrounded by so many people from organisations up and down the country, all open as Warm Spaces. A great sense of belonging, inspiration and hope - true grass roots initiatives.

Baildon Link will pop new opportunities to connect soon. A space for conversation, to be safe, heard and accepted. We are committed to the value of truly listening - a space to belong.
