Fly Tipping Fact!

In 2025 we received an average of 169 reports of fly tipping a month.

There were more reports in October with 183!

We're out and about for the rest of the month, either knocking on doors or in community centres, libraries, sports centres and youth centres so you can chat to us.

Cath, our Customer Experience Committee Chair, talks about the importance of the Customer Experience Committee (CEC).

The CEC are the eyes and ears of our customers at the board level.

They meet regularly throughout the year to ensure customers are always the top priority. They review strategies, speak to customers and check in on how we're performing.
