The feedback customers give us after their repair is helping us improve our repairs service.

Customers told us that they want their repair completing quicker. We've taken this feedback onboard and have introduced a new repair category called urgent. Any repairs classed as urgent will be completed, by appointment, in 5 working days, meaning we can get to you quicker to keep you and your home safe.

Have you noticed condensation in your home?

Everyday activities like showering, drying clothes, boiling kettles and cooking add extra moisture to your home which contributes to condensation. There's a few things you can do to help the moisture escape your home so that it doesn’t build up:

☑️ If you have a fan in your kitchen and/or bathroom leave them on for as long as possible. Leaving them on for longer won't leave you with a big electricity bill as they use little energy.
☑️ Use a pan lid when cooking to keep the steam from escaping into the kitchen.
☑️ When showering, close your bathroom door so that the steam from the hot water doesn't spread to the rest of your house.
