Shipley Area School Uniform Support

Sorry, we are CLOSED TODAY (Friday 9th October) due to illness.

Our October Opening Hours! We are Open Access to all with no criteria. We work on a 'pay as you can afford' donation basis with no minimum payment required.
Please note we close early at 1pm next Tuesday (6th October) due to a property meeting. Watch this space for our future plans early next year 🤩

In October half-term we are holding a Big Winter Sale event at The Salvation Army Church in the small Young People's hall. The shop will not be open this week, however if items are requested in advance they can be collected from the church building during the sale.

At the hall we will have lots of Coats and Winter Accessories such as hats, gloves, scarves and wellies, with more room to browse than in our current shop unit.

We will also have all of our 'old logo but still wearable' items available as we try to clear some of our older stock before we move - please help us out by coming and taking as much as you need of these! These are items that we have confirmed with the schools are definitely still allowed to be worn for a minimum of the next school year (some may be longer), and many items of Pe kit for secondary schools which are now 'optional' instead of a requirement. Any questions, please ask!

Got any ties that are NOT school ties hanging around? Donate them into Shipley Library at the desk , don't put them in our box!
What a fabulous idea 🥰

No longer have use for those ties hanging in your wardrobe? Please consider donating them to Shipley Library for our upcoming Jobs Fair, November 11.
Just pop them in at the front desk for the attention of Andrea Hardaker and YOU could help someone back into the workplace.

After a busy summer we are running very low or completely out of many of our Wishlist items.
This time of year is when we tend to get a lot of urgent confidential referrals in for families who greatly need our support. If you can buy even just one item from our WishList today that would be amazing - Thank you!

Next week will be in Shipley for our monthly coffee morning! You can find us here on the 3rd Wednesday of every month 10am - 11.30am.
