Vorld Installation - Cheddar Pumptrack

A heads up - Velosolutions are planning to head over to Cheddar Pumptrack on Friday 24th July to install Vorld, so the track will be closed for a few hours while they install it.

Riders can download the app for free from vorld.com or their usual app store on their phones.

Big win for our community ❤️

We’ve successfully acquired a defibrillator, made possible with support from our friends at RideMendips.Org and all of our local community who helped us along the way.

All trails are now open. Euroforest have finished so we're good to go. It's a bit of a mess up at the trail head, but Xmas Trees/Jump Line are in reasonable shape. We'll organise a dig day soon just to tidy up a few areas and improve some features that died over the last few winters.

Happy New Year riding folk.

We wanted to make you aware that Forestry England have closed the trails in the Christmas Trees area, while they carry out felling work.

If you see tape closing off a trail, please leave it as the trail behind won't be rideable until the work is complete.

They estimate the felling should finish in the next 1 - 2 weeks and then they'll need to do the collection / forwarding.

So the trails should be reinstated in about one month. In the mean time please head to the Pump Track trail head and ride in that direction.
