What are you actually afraid of?

Fear has a way of making our world smaller. It can keep us stuck, make us doubt ourselves and convince us that staying where we are is safer than taking the next step.
But being scared doesn’t mean you have to stop.

Be scared. Do it scared. Just don’t let fear live your life for you.

This World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding you that looking after your mental wellbeing doesn’t always have to mean having everything figured out.

Sometimes it can simply mean giving yourself permission to stop. To breathe. To be still. To receive support.

At the Harry Edwards Foundation, spiritual healing offers a quiet, supportive space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life, relax and focus on your wellbeing. It is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but many people choose healing alongside other forms of support as part of looking after themselves.

You don’t have to wait until you’re struggling to take care of your mental health. 💙

Join Richard & Jo at the beautiful Harry Edwards Sanctuary for a sound experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and simply enjoy the moment.

Let the sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle chimes wash over you during a 45-minute sound journey, followed by an opportunity to explore the instruments yourself (only if you fancy it!).

And this isn't just about lying down and listening…

Depending on the weather, the experience may take you into our beautiful grounds, through the woodland or towards the labyrinth, before ending with a shared moment of stillness and reflection. 🤍

✨ Angels & Healing: A Journey of Light ✨

Have you ever felt a quiet sense of being watched over, a comforting presence or a gentle nudge of guidance?

Join Kim for a warm and welcoming six-week online journey exploring angels, healing and your own intuitive connection.

Each live session will include guided meditation, simple exercises, optional group sharing and time for questions. You’ll be introduced to six archangels, Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, Raphael, Haniel and Jophiel, and explore the unique qualities associated with each.

No experience or particular belief system is required. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and an open heart.
