As if you needed another reason to come along tomorrow… but if you did, here it is — a sneak peek at one of the jaw-dropping machines waiting for you at the Sherborne Classic & Supercar Show.

On Sunday, the grounds will be buzzing with the sights and sounds of classic cars, supercars, and thousands of visitors coming together for a brilliant day out.

🏍️ Meet the Yeovil Freewheelers (YFW) Blood Bikes – Real-Life Heroes on Two Wheels! 🩸

Did you know the Sherborne Classic & Supercar Show proudly supports incredible local charities like YFW Blood Bikes? Based in Yeovil, this volunteer-run team provides a free, emergency medical courier service for the NHS – running 24/7, 365 days a year!

✨ Since 1978, these lifesavers have been transporting blood, platelets, baby milk, medication, tissue samples, and more – across South Somerset and Dorset.
🚨 Using a fleet of nine motorcycles and two 4x4s, they save the NHS over £400,000 annually – all without a single penny of government funding.
🧡 Every role, from rider to dispatcher, is filled by dedicated volunteers. Riders must be over 25, fully licensed, and advanced qualified to ensure safe, swift delivery when seconds count.

YFW Blood Bikes is the oldest operational group of its kind in the UK – and possibly the world. They’re local legends with a national legacy. 🙌
