Christmas is not something I particularly enjoy. It's 6 weeks of hard slog on top what has been an almost impossible year. We have 9 days left to make 2025 good. I have no money to buy any Christmas presents and some pretty huge invoices to pay. So please, if you need a Christmas tree don't buy it from a supermarket, come to us and choose one of our beautiful British grown ones. If we've donated a raffle prize for your charity this year, how about returning the favour and buying something from us, or reccommend somebody to us? The remaining trees we have will go some way to covering our December Staff bill if they are sold Please get your tree from us if you've not bought it already. Happy Christmas.

Well the rain certainly didn't stop you all coming to the Sherborne Festive Shopping day this Sunday. Despite rain washing all our stall numbers away on Saturday night and some shops deciding to open, falling masonry etc there was such a fantastic atmosphere with some shops surpassing last years sales.
So from the Sherborne Chamber of Trade and Commerce thank you for making The Christmas market such a success year after year.
Also big thanks to Abbey104 the cast of Cinderella, Pinkie Parties and all the artists who performed.

Just heading up into Sherborne for the big set up, Sherborne Festive Shopping
Events Crew are setting the roads, hopefully all cars have been removed. This year because of the predicted weather we will have a marquee by conduit for Abbey104 and all performers.
So much great live music at the conduit and outside Waitrose, Pinkie Parties will be in town along with Santa’s Grotto and did I mention the Cast of Cinderella from Leweston will also be n town later.
This is all on top of fantastic stalls of gifts, food and drink plus all your favourite shops will be open.
So come on down and enjoy the day, what’s a little rain ! 😇

The show must go on as they say, Sherborne is stunning in any weather, best market of the year, so much entertainment from schools and local artists, plus Abbey104 Be there to watch the lights get switched on and enjoy the day.
