Don't miss the Christmas Tree Festival on this week! Cheap Street Church, Sherborne. Wonderful display of trees from Community groups, and lots of special performances! Fundraising for our local charity Future Roots and the Country Men's Club. Closing Carol Concert on Saturday 13th December 5pm

A great total of 164 filled shoeboxes are leaving the Pod today for our Shoebox Appeal, heading for Afghanistan and Ukraine. 56 were brought in to the Pod ready filled, and 108 were filled at the Pod with donations from the community. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed!

The Community Fridge at the Pod is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings! Fresh deliveries 10am Wednesday and Friday. Come along for some free food and help reduce food waste!

I was invited to a tour of the new Yeovil Breast Cancer Unit last night, as the Pod helped with the fundraising. To date £4597 has been donated for jewellery at the Pod, and thousands have been raised at auction with jewellery dropped off to us by members of our generous community! Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed to enable this fantastic well designed unit to be built. It really is a wonderfully caring, comfortable environment with state of the art equipment, all in one place!

141 Christmas Shoeboxes have now left the Pod! 44 were brought in already filled, and 97 were packed at the Pod with items generously given. Thank you so much to everyone in the church and the community who contributed to the appeal this year!
