here you will get the opportunity to see the works of residents at Rock farm, but also that of local artists and makers. Farm produce from the Good Life projects will be available for purchase.

💚🌞💚 Such a beautiful day yesterday at the wells festival of Wellbeing. We talked to so many people, Regulars and those who are yet to discover our hidden gem in the countryside! Rock farm is very close to Wells. We played the Gong and gave Reflexology treatments 👣 promoted the sauna, and therapy space & fabulous Earth Craft Circles, thoroughly enjoyed listening to the Saamba drummers and cant wait to return next year 💚

🌞 Soulfired Sauna at Rock Farm 🌞

A few people have asked what a visit to Soulfired Sauna is actually like, so here’s a simple picture of it.

You arrive at Rock Farm Collective , just outside Shepton Mallet — a small courtyard shared with makers, artists, Studio37 gym, Reflexology with Erica and Woven Cafe .

From there, it’s very easy.

You move between the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge and rest — completely at your own pace.

There's no set structure, and no pressure to do anything a certain way.

No experience of sauna is needed, as the sauna host will be there to answer any questions you might have and to make sure you feel totally comfortable.

Some people come for quiet time alone, others come with friends.

Most people leave feeling much calmer than when they arrived and with a real post-sauna glow.

We’re open this Friday and Saturday, 10.30am–3.30pm.
