🐾🐾🐾VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!! 🐾🐾🐾

Eddie here, checking in to say hi from my forever home. Currently living my best life in the countryside with my new Mum & Dad, chasing pesky pigeons and ensuring the 5 cats next door know to stay in their own garden now I'm here 🤣 👀

I wouldn't be where I am now without the amazing kindness, love and support from the team at Happy Landings Animal Rescue. This includes an army of volunteers who show up for the rescued & boarding animals every week, ensuring they feel loved, safe and receive the best possible care and support, from the amazing kennels & cattery teams through to the epic team in the office.

Right now, they really need volunteers in the following areas:

Reception & Admin Volunteer 🖊
- Every Thursday morning 10am - 1pm
- Saturday - 10am - 1pm (once a month)
- Saturday - 2.30pm - 4pm (once a month)

Basic admin and IT skills required and a confident telephone manner 🙏

Kennel Volunteers 🐾
- Once a week 9am - 12pm OR 1pm - 4pm

Our little sisters are still looking for their forever home.
We truly appreciate everyone who has applied so far, but we want to make sure we find the perfect home for these two special girls.

Ava and Rosie have been in foster care for a few months now, and they’ve come such a long way — growing in confidence, house training, and trust every single day.

Their ideal home would need to offer:

• No young children under 15 living in or regularly visiting the home
• No cats or other small animals
• Someone who is home most of the time and can dedicate lots of love, time, and attention to them
• A home looking for companionship and little adventures together
• Experience with elderly dogs, preferably Chihuahuas or other small breeds
• A calm, low-traffic home with minimal visitors
• And most importantly… patience. They will need time to adjust to a new home and new surroundings, but once they do, they’ll love you endlessly.
