❤️Special Home Needed for Our Beautiful Winnie 🐾❤️❤️
Sometimes the most wonderful dogs just need the right people.
Winnie is a stunning young Labrador with impeccable manners, a fantastic temperament around other dogs, and an excellent foundation in gundog training. She absolutely loves having a job to do and truly comes alive in a working environment.
Sadly, Winnie's past wasn't kind to her. Having experienced fear and abuse, she can find life as a traditional pet difficult and may become protective of her personal space indoors. Because of this, we know she needs a very specific home where she can continue to thrive safely and happily.
Winnie is currently in a wonderful farm-based foster home, living alongside seven other dogs, and she has made remarkable progress. Since enjoying life as an outdoor working dog, she has shown none of the behaviours that concerned us previously. She is happiest spending her days outdoors, working, exploring, and being part of a canine team.
We know her perfect home is out there.
We are looking for an experienced gundog trainer, working dog handler, or farmer who understands working Labradors and can offer Winnie the lifestyle she was born for. She has so much love to give, incredible potential, and deserves every chance to enjoy the life she was meant to live.
We are so grateful to everyone who has already applied to adopt Winnie. Your kindness means the world to us. However, because we want to give Winnie the very best chance of success, we are continuing our search for the home that truly meets her needs.
