An exciting local opportunity to join The Great Shelford Village Charity as Clerk.

The directors are looking to engage a self-employed person for 20 hours per week to undertake administrative support to our charity.

We have a 1-bedroom almshouse home becoming available in June.
Applications are invited from people who are:
- resident in Great Shelford or who have a strong connection to the village
- and are on low incomes
- and in housing need
- and are capable of independent living
The closing date for applications will be midday on 21st May 2026.

The start of the new year has given us time to reflect on 2025 and a busy end to the year.

We were able to deliver even more Christmas hampers than before, offering 67 local families festive cheer packed with essential foods and seasonal treats.

This was made possible thanks to generous donations from The Shelford Feast, The Free Church, The Great Shelford Village Charity and Stapleford Feoffee Charity.
