THIS SUNDAY! Our Chiltern Model Show which will take place on Sunday 6th September at our usual venue of The Weatherley Centre, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, UK, SG18 8JH.

We will have nearly 30 clubs displaying aircraft, armour, cars, trucks, ships, figures, sci-fi and more! Also traders will be there with new and old model kits, plus paints, tools, books etc as well as Pokemon collectables.

Free parking, refreshments and bar plus Tombola with proceeds to Models for Heroes

This looks like a great event at Twinwood Museum with models on display from our friends at Bedford Scale Model Club.

Only a couple of weeks to go until this year’s Chiltern Model Show which will take place on Sunday 6th September at our usual venue of The Weatherley Centre, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, UK, SG18 8JH.

We will have nearly 30 clubs displaying aircraft, armour, cars, trucks, ships, figures, sci-fi and more! Also traders will be there selling new and old model kits, plus paints, tools, books and Pokemon cards and collectables.

2 open competitions judged during the day for ‘Best Model in Show’ (judged from those on the club display stands) and ‘Best Club Stand’.

Next up for us will be the De Havilland Aircraft Museum model show on Sunday 17th May. We will be there with our club stand and models on display. A great show and some incredible aircraft to see as well. Looking forward to it!

Models from our May meeting - you’ll spot a theme here, it was our ‘Maritime’ competition. Everything from Titanic (with paper iceberg designed and ‘made’ on the night), to Godzilla vs the heavy cruiser Takao from the japanese movie G minus one 🙂
