There are still spaces available for our 2 upcoming screenings of the People's Emergency Briefing on the climate and nature crisis at Shefford House (15 High Street, SG17 5DD) on Tuesday 20 October at 11am and Wednesday 21 October at 7pm.

Doors open 15 minutes before for refreshments.

The screening is 50 minutes and will be followed by a discussion about our thoughts.

Thank you to everyone who came to our screening of the People's Emergency Briefing last night.
Thank you to Shefford Town Council for helping facilitate the screening and the councillors who attended.
Thank you to Alistair Strathern who came along to join our positive discussion following the screening.

We're planning more screenings at various times so hopefully we can share it with even more people and also have plans to organise other events to raise awareness and education around sustainable issues.

This event is happening in Ampthill today. I'm heading along this morning with the family. Always a really positive atmosphere and looking forward to chatting sustainability with all of the lovely stallholders 😊

You are invited to a screening of the People's Emergency Briefing on Sunday 20 September at Shefford House.
Doors open from 6:30 for refreshments with the screening starting at 7pm.
Alistair Strathern MP will be joining us from 8pm for a Q&A followed by a wider discussion with all attendees about our thoughts and feelings on the film and how we can take positive steps locally.

People’s Emergency Briefing – Film Screening & Discussion

Tuesday 23rd June 2026, 7pm at The Bigg Theatre

What if the climate crisis is closer to home than we realise? Join us for a free community evening featuring a powerful 50-minute film, bringing together leading experts to explain the realities of climate and nature breakdown and the opportunities for positive action. As part of a nationwide programme, screenings are taking place in communities across Britain.

After the screening there will be a friendly guided discussion, giving local residents a chance to reflect, ask questions and explore practical ideas for community resilience and action. Whether you are curious, concerned, sceptical or simply want to understand more, you are warmly welcome.
