Absolute beginners - well done today 👏👏
Everyone is doing great!
We started a new dance today:
Stroll Along cha cha cha.
Everyone did really well and had good fun learning these first steps:
Cross rock (left over right) cha cha cha.
Cross rock (right over left ) cha cha cha.
Weave to the right, cross rock cha cha cha.
Weave to the left ,cross rock cha cha cha.
Then when we started “turning”, it got a bit more confusing …….😂😂
Feeling optimistic that we will all feel less confused next week and will enjoy doing more scuffing, stomping and smiling, as well as more cha cha cha!

Adults aged 65 and over should aim to:

do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity activity if you are already active, or a combination of both

Absolute Beginners line dancing
I enjoyed dancing to this today- did you?
🎶Could have been the whiskey, might have been the gin.
Could have been three or four six-packs,
I don't know, but look at the mess I'm in,
My head is like a football, I think I'm gonna die,
Tell me, me oh me oh my,
Wasn't that a party? 🎶
