Lodge Moor Children’s Choir and Youth Choir LMC&YC (https://amhmusic.co.uk/lodge-moor-choir) is a non-auditioned choir for children between the ages of 6 and 18. Children don’t require any previous musical or choir experience to join us, just enthusiasm and a love of singing! This will be nurtured and encouraged at LMC&YC where together we enjoy exploring a range of interesting and often exclusiv
e choral arrangements that take in a range of different styles from the traditional to the modern. Music is chosen carefully to be both fun and to provide opportunities to grow as a musicians. Children will be supported at LMC&YC to enjoy and embrace the challenges that each new song presents. From fun warm-up songs to vocal technique training and preparation for exhilarating performances and competitions, children will never be bored at LMC&YC and will leave sessions feeling uplifted, proud and amazed at their achievements, and most importantly, with a new found confidence which they can take with them into other areas of their lives. LMCC meets on Friday evenings during school term time, from 4pm until 5pm. Luke’s Church, Lodge Moor which is on Blackbrook Road - S10 4LQ and can be accessed using the 51 bus route, which stops on the corner of Redmires Rd/Blackbrook Rd.
