From Ethiopia πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ή and the United Kingdom πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ to Pakistan πŸ‡΅πŸ‡° and Ukraine πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦, local organisations delivered activities that helped bring lung health information, education, screening and support directly to their communities.

Whether training community health workers, supporting singing groups, delivering school-based education or expanding services for displaced communities, each project shared the same goal: helping more people understand and protect their lung health.

πŸ’¬ A final reflection from our Chair, Phil Taverner:
"Everything we do is really informed by patients and patient representatives, because that is what we are all about."

The event brought together people living with lung conditions, carers, patient organisations, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to share ideas, experiences and priorities for the future of patient involvement in .

We explored how to strengthen the patient voice across research, education, advocacy and healthcare, and shared updates on upcoming events, resources and opportunities to get involved.
