I have just popped in here and it's a great place. Purpose built mental health hub, you can drop in anytime for a chat and have a coffee. Private 1to1 support available.
Open every day 8am-10pm.
They also have an autism and ADHD group.
We are always saying we need more mental health services, this is a great resource.

Newfield Green Wellbeing Café offers drop-in mental health support to anyone aged 18 and over.

Please sign this open letter to the government, if you can.
It's about the fact that people with learning disabilities aren't getting the same care as everyone else, and what should be done about it.
Unfortunately, this article isn't in Easy Read, but there is a link to the letter, which is in Easy Read, and at the end of the article there is a link to a form where you can sign the letter.
Please share far and wide with all your friends and contacts.

Learning Disability England is inviting signatories to support its open letter to the government, urging it to prioritise the health of people with learning disabilities.

Sheffield: Sessions are 60 minutes on the ice, with an opportunity to have a coffee catch-up in our cafe afterwards. 1:20pm-2:20pm every Monday. Pre-booking required - call 01142233900 to book your place. All sessions are led by licensed coaches, have specialised equipment available and wheelchairs are welcome on the ice.
