Do you have any questions about health and social care in Sheffield? Need to know your rights to treatment or how to raise a complaint? Why not come to our Information & Advice drop-in service?

You can find our friendly advisor every Wednesday between 10 am and 1 pm in our dedicated Healthwatch Hub. This is located just next to the reception on the ground floor of The Circle, 33 Rockingham Lane. Our Hub offers a welcoming and informal space where you can speak directly with our advisor. You don’t need an appointment – just pop in whenever suits you during opening hours.

Today we had the pleasure of attending the ☀️ Sun Safe Sheffield ~ Launch ☀️ at Endcliffe Park, where we gathered feedback on people's experiences of health and social care services in Sheffield.

The launch also provided an opportunity to:
• Learn more about the Sun Safe Sheffield initiative.
• Meet representatives from Melanoma Focus and other key partners.
• View the suncream bottles.
• Meet local partners, residents and stakeholders.
• Discuss the importance of skin cancer prevention and sun safety.
• Explore opportunities for future collaboration and expansion across Sheffield's parks and green spaces.

A massive thanks to Sun Safe Sheffield for inviting us and to everyone who shared their experiences of health and social care services with us!
