Just a heads up folks....
Some bright sparks have had a campfire right next to the trail on END GAME, the last section of Drift Woods. No glass thankfully. But still a bloody mess. I've also seen clear motocross bike tyre marks on all the trails over the last couple of weeks.
These trails were made for YOU.
Please help us to protect them and keep them running.
If you see stuff like this, especially motorbikes and surrons, while you are riding. Please help us, by reporting it to the police. You don't need to do it then. Simply report it online later. It takes 10 minutes and helps the police build a picture of where this kind of thing is happening.
They do listen. They are making a difference in RV.
We have seen a few surrons confiscated recently.
Only through your reports, will they know where to focus their attention.
Cheers all, enjoy the weekend!
Nick.

Have you ever wondered how much litter gets left on a mountain bike trail?
All this litter was on Diggers. Just 1x trail.
Diggers is our most popular trail. This is 4x weeks rubbish.
Yes some is probably from people walking up it. I doubt a bottle of Stella was dropped by a rider.......
Many thanks the the RVR volunteers for their hard work. Its not all trail building. Its ensuring the trails are looked after too.

Rother Valley trail conditions.
Ohhhh it's wet!
Please avoid fort elbow until spring.
Its filthy. Loads are still riding it and it's pointless trying to close it. It is a natural trail and we have terrible clay soil in the park that doesn't drain at all.
We now have 2x fully weatherproof trails. Both are surfaced and are riding fantastically. There really is no need to ride fort elbow.
All the damage done during the winter has to be repaired in the spring. This takes up many hours of volunteers free time that could be spent elsewhere.
Trail closures don't work. We have had fences smashed. Netting ripped down. Fallen trees over a full trail, moved. Even cable ties melted to remove barriers.
All to knacker someone's hard work.
Please ride diggers and drift woods. They're great!!!
