We have colouring sheets for some mindful creativity, paper and sketching materials for anyone who wants to draw and pebbles and acrylic paint pens for you to create your own patterned pebble.

Our new Wellbeing Wednesday sessions start next Weds 28th January, 10-12.

Come and explore art journaling as a way to improve wellbeing. All materials are provided but you are welcome to bring a sketchbook to work in. We also have some sketchbooks available at a small cost.
