Paces Sheffield We are Paces - a specialist centre, charity and school for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy We are Paces.

We are a specialist centre, charity and school for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and motor disorders. We are based in South Yorkshire and support individuals and families across Yorkshire and beyond. We are an organisation who has worked with individuals living with neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, strokes, MS, Parkinson’s, and brain injuries since 1997. We are a charity who teach children life-changing skills using conductive education - such as sitting, standing, walking, speaking, communication and self-care - in an environment they can have fun, develop friendships, and feel like they belong.

What a fantastic day we had yesterday at our first ever Paces Padel Bash! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to our headline sponsor, Woodruff Hill for helping make the event possible, to Club de Padel for ensuring such a smooth event and to everyone who came along, picked up a racket, got involved and helped make the day such a brilliant success! 👏

From the friendly competition to the laughs on court, it was amazing to see so many people come together, have fun and support Paces in the process. 💪

Today we would like to shine a spotlight on another incredible organisation joining our Impact Programme and helping shape the next chapter of Paces! ✨

Today we want to thank the wonderful team at Webmart! 🤩

Webmart played a pivotal role in securing and sponsoring our Inclusive Playground which opened earlier this year, they have volunteerd in school, attended events and always shown amazing compassion and belief in the work at Paces.....another incredible group to welcome as a Catalyst Level supporter. 💗

We couldn’t be more proud of our fantastic Conductor Assistants, who have officially completed their Level 3 qualification in Conductive Education! 👏🙌

Their hard work, dedication and commitment to supporting the children and adults we work with is truly inspiring, and this achievement is so well deserved. 🥰

💗🏒 Paces x Sheffield Steelers 🏒💗

What a fabulous afternoon we had welcoming some of the Sheffield Steelers to Paces! 🤩

It was brilliant to welcome David Simms, Mike O'Connor, Ivan Bjorkly-Nordstrom, Liam Steele and birthday boy Robbie Stucker to school, with the children even surprising Robbie with their very own rendition of Happy Birthday! 🎂😂

Our visitors had the chance to see Paces in action, meet some of the amazing children who grilled them with a Q&A and find out more about the work we do to support children and adults with Neurological Conditions. 💗

Most importantly, it was a chance to show the Steelers exactly what their support means and the difference this partnership can make to the lives of the people we support. 🙌

It’s been an incredible few weeks building our relationship with the Steelers, and we’re so excited about what’s still to come!

Because this partnership is about so much more than hockey. 🏒💗

What a day! 🤩

A HUGE shoutout to 74 incredible runners who took on the Sheffield 10K for Paces! 🎉

Whether you smashed a PB, ran every step, walked some of it, battled the hills or simply made it across that finish line, you did it! 👏

And more importantly, you did it while raising money and awareness for the children and adults who call Paces home. 💗

74 people giving up their time, putting in the training and taking on 10K through the streets of Sheffield is something pretty special.

We couldn't be prouder of every single one of you. 🥹👏

74 runners. 740km collectively covered. One amazing Paces team. 💪💗
