October half-term is just one week away!

A new unique HAF code is required to make a booking. Families who have lost or misplaced their code can request support via Sheffield City Council's HAF Code service: https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/utilities/form/schools-childcare/report-problem-your-haf-code

New Unique HAF codes will be issued to:
• Children receiving Targeted (benefits-related) Free School Meals from Reception to Year 11.
• Looked After Children (LAC) from Reception to Year 11.
• Children subject to a Child Arrangements Order (CAO) or Special Guardianship Order (SGO).
• Young people with SEND who receive Targeted Free School Meals, up to age 18.

Not in receipt of targeted free-school meals?:
The HAF programme offers some flexibility to support children who are not in receipt of Targeted free school meals, but who may have other vulnerabilities. If a child is not eligible but may benefit from attending due to other circumstances, families can visit www.sheffieldhealthyholidays.org select an area timetable and contact the relevant activity providers directly to discuss possible access.

Please note: if sessions are oversubscribed, providers may prioritise children who are in receipt of Targeted free school meals.

Families with queries regarding using the online registration or booking system, can contact the team on 0114 203 9303 or email into the dedicated inbox: [email protected]
