Hey All! It's been a busy summer, but here is your committee for the 2023/24 academic year! EGM tomorrow (more info over at on Insta!) so expect some more committee intros over the next week or so... Roll on Freshers and welcome to all those finding us for the first time this week, we can't wait to meet you!!

🗳️POLSOC AGM 2023🗳️

Hey PolSoc!

It's that time of year again where members can vote for their new committee for the 2023/24 academic year!

Current members should have received an email with all the relevant details (information on the roles and a Google Doc to nominate themselves).

If you wish to nominate yourself you need to make sure you are a member of PolSoc. If you would like to become a member in order to do this then you have until 19th April to join our wonderful society.

You can purchase a membership by following the link on our page!

Nominations are open now and close at 5pm on Friday 21st April! The form can be found here: https://forms.gle/U5qsQDrt2UDcjD247 (ensure you are a member of PolSoc first!)

We are hoping to announce the results by Wednesday 26th April!

The PolSoc Paper contributors meeting and writing workshop takes place THIS EVENING at 5pm.

Come to the Gallery Room 2 in the Students' Union to find out more!

The Polsoc Paper team are holding a contributor’s meeting and writing workshop on Wednesday 22nd February. Any current contributors or anyone at all interested in writing for us is welcome! Come to Gallery room 2 in the SU (upstairs, near the media hub) at 5pm and ask questions, chat about ideas, and/or get guidance on writing. We hope to see you there!

Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, a day where we remember the millions who were murdered in the Holocaust and other genocides across the world.

Together we commemorate those who endured genocide, and honour the survivors and the lives of those who were changed forever.
