If so, why not consider becoming a Likewise Community Champion, with our free two part community training on drugs and alcohol.
You'll learn:
- How best to support people in your community with drugs and alcohol
- Develop your knowledge on substance use
- Learn what do if you find someone who has overdosed

We currently have several hiring opportunities at Likewise, but today we're highlighting the wonderful HALT team. This is an outreach team who work with rough sleepers and make such a huge impact in Sheffield.

Last chance to donate and support three of our Likewise team in their marathon and marathon relay for Sheffield charity Swwop Ltd!

Three of our wonderful Likewise team members are running a marathon to raise money for Swwop - Sheffield Working Women's support charity.
Lydia is a sole runner for the marathon, while Shelley and Janika are running in a 6 person relay.
We're so proud that we get to partner so closely with Swwop and so firsthand know the incredible work that this organisation makes in women's lives across Sheffield.

Reminder that we have our community Open Day today!
Talks will be taking place at either 4pm or 5pm, so pop into either one. Alongside cake, we'll also have stalls for you to learn a bit more about our different teams.

This open day is open for everyone, whether you want to find out more for yourself or a family member, interested in working for us in the future or a curious professional, come along to find out a bit more and how we support the people of Sheffield.

The SGP's lately ✨

1. Recovery Walk banner decorating.

4. Personally responsibility and recognising the delicacy of you recovery.
5. The effects of substance use.

We love how we are able to explore meaningful and impactful topics using our creative minds.

The Structured Group Programme is a 12 week programme that is designed to start an individual on their recovery journey, and helps them build up skills, community and connections.

Are you passionate about recovery and enjoy helping people find out about recovery and support available?

This November, Inclusive Recovery Cities is bringing a Christmas Cabin to Sheffield city centre for one week, creating a warm and inclusive space where members of the public can learn more about recovery and the support available.

Volunteer shifts are available from Thursday 12 to Tuesday 17 November:
- Morning: 10am–2pm
- Afternoon: 2pm–6pm
- Saturday & Sunday: afternoon shift runs until 7pm

- Find out more about what we do, whether you're a professional, you're considering referring yourself, you want to find out more for a loved one or you're just curious, it's a great opportunity to learn more about our new teams and everything we offer
