It's that time of year, and the LGBTQIA+ in STEM is gearing up for our AGM next week. We're looking for applicants to help fill out our core roles as well as some non-core positions as well.

Check out the details of all the positions in this post.

Nominations open today and will be closing midday next Thursday after which voting will open at 5pm and close after the AGM.

The AGM will be on Thursday the 30th of April, the location will be announced on our story closer to the time and will be commented under this post.

This event will be on Thursday the 12th of March between 18:30 and 21:30 in the Gallery Presentation Area in the Students Union.

For our next event, join us in the iForge for assorted crafts such as laser cutting, painting and badge making. This event will require you to complete iForge training before arrival so ensure you have completed the following:

• Mainspace Induction
• Unpowered Hand Tools

iForge training can be found through the link tree in our bio. This event will be on Thursday the 19th of February from 6-8pm.

After a bit of a hiatus in semester 1, the LGBTQIA+ in STEM is back for semester 2! For our first social of the new year, join us for some casual board games. We will have a selection to choose from but also feel free to bring your own.

Materials will be provided but feel free to bring anything you want to decorate your car with.
