Hi all!
We are second year Sheffield Hallam students who are working with a charity called Africa's Gift. We will be doing a sponsored walk, which will be 6 miles - Mam Tor in the Peak District will be our route for the walk.

Their aim is to help and support rural communities in Southern Africa and Uganda. Specifically providing charitable donations to be able to plant trees in an area that will provide food crops, medicinal plants, which is something the Batwa people have less access to.

How it works:
Each tree costs £10 to plant and the money is used to plant and to nurture the tree and to make sure it grows to its full potential, ensuring your donation is well spent and making a difference further than just planting the tree.
Furthermore,
The tree you donate can be personalised to you, with the option of writing a personalised message that makes it unique, such as dedicated to a loved one.
