Morning everyone. We are open as usual this morning but please note we are very short-staffed today. If you need help with benefits, housing, debt and form-filling it will be greatly appreciated if you can wait until next week. Nevertheless you can be sure of a warm welcome with prayer available for anyone who would like that and food available from 11.15!

🛒 HOW DOES A SHOP WORK AT THE COMMUNITY GROCERY?

It’s really simple!

🥫 Grab a trolley and choose as many items as you need from across our cupboard goods, fridge, freezer, non-food, bakery & fruit & veg sections, with a maximum of 4 of each item.

🔢 Each item has a points value. You can keep track of your points as you shop, or simply let us do it for you! Just load your shopping onto one of our packing boards at the till and our team will count everything up.

💳 Pay by cash or card with each point costing 50p, and for every 10 points you choose, you get 1 of your points for FREE!

That means if you choose 10 points, you’ll only pay for 9 — making each point worth just 45p.

Then simply pack your bags and you’re good to go!
