Summer Support Programme for Young People
Weโre pleased to introduce our Summer Support Programme, designed to help young people navigate some of the unique challenges that can arise over the summer holidays โ including changes in routine, reduced structure, social anxiety, and friendship difficulties.
The group offers a safe, inclusive and supportive space, and is particularly welcoming to neurodiverse young people.
Programme details:
6 weeks (Thursdays)
10:00โ12:00 or 3:00โ5:00

Ages: 5โ11 & 12โ18 (separate groups)
Small groups (max 10 young people)
ยฃ50 per session or ยฃ300 full programme
All sessions are led by an HCPC registered therapist, ensuring professional, ethical and confidential support.
This is a space for young people to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and connect with others in a supported environment.
