😅 Oops. We held an event yesterday afternoon in our shop and nobody turned up! We want to ask for your advice...

📻💙Helen from the Sheppey Matters office had a great day shadowing at our very own .2 today! It was great to chat to some of our amazing volunteer presenters and meet some local young people during their work experience week. Zoe and Carol delivered great shows and gave the kids a masterclass in community radio.

Sheppey FM is our community radio station operated by Sheppey Matters and serves as a vital voice for the charity while also providing a valuable service to the wider community.

⚠️ Retrain the Pain – Session Cancellation ⚠️

Due to the extreme weather conditions this week, we have made the decision to cancel our Retrain the Pain session.

Many people living with health conditions can find it difficult to regulate their body temperature and may experience increased symptoms or discomfort during periods of excessive heat. The wellbeing and safety of our participants is always our priority, and we feel this is the right decision.

We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and thank everyone for their understanding.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back and seeing you all again in July.

Please stay safe, keep cool, and take care during the hot weather. ☀️💙
