On Friday, our Managing Director, Clair Smith, had the pleasure of presenting a cheque to the Shaftesbury and District Carers Association on behalf of the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation.

This incredible local charity provides vital support to vulnerable individuals across North Dorset through their HOPE projects. Offering a safe haven, opportunities to learn new skills, and the chance to work and be part of a supportive community.

We’re proud to play a part in helping them continue their life-changing work. 🌟

Today in our garden shop we took great pleasure in supplying HOPE projects in Shaftesbury with gardening tools proudly donated by some of our wonderful suppliers.

Hope Projects works closely in the community to help vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the surrounding area to restore their mental health and wellbeing, through gardening, baking, cycling and a safe space to meet others. Their help comes in many forms, from a listening ear, teaching new skills and preparing people to return to employment.

Drop them a follow to show your support and of course a donation goes a long way too.

Our fabulous suppliers donated a fantastic selection of gardening tools including Bulldog Tools Garden Club, Burgon & Ball and Greenworks with special thanks to Roger Parsons and Smart Garden.
