Job hunting doesn’t have to start with an application!

🎥 In this short video, Russ, our employability and enterprise officer, explains how our upcoming Business Awareness Event in Swanley will give you the chance to hear directly from local employers, without the pressure of a traditional job fair.

Instead of cold calling or being put on the spot, employers will:

Introduce their business
Explain the roles they offer
Share what it’s really like to work there.

You listen first. Then, if something sparks your interest, you can have a conversation.
