We are looking forward to launching our knife sharpening service on Saturday. We will not be accepting illegal knives. For the avoidance of doubt, we will be using the government’s definition of illegal knives.

The laws on selling, buying and carrying a knife or weapon depend on the type of knife or weapon, your age and your circumstances.

Big news! We are launching a knife / tool sharpening station as part of Sevenoaks Repair Cafe. We will sharpen kitchen knives, garden shears, scissors and garden loppers.

The team will mainly use grinding stones and as it’s our first go, we may be a bit slower than usual!

Please transport all blades well wrapped and with great caution.

We will refuse to sharpen any knife deemed illegal. We are unable to sharpen hedge trimmers, chain saws, or mower blades.
