Calling All Competitive Pickleball Players! 🎾🔥

If you’re looking to take your game to the next level, we’ve got a place for you. Our club offers a variety of structured competitive formats designed for players who want more than just casual play.

🏆 Ladders – Climb the rankings by challenging players above you and defending your spot.
📦 Box Leagues – Round-robin style groups where every match counts toward your final standing.
🆚 Knockout Competitions – High-stakes, single-elimination matches for players who thrive under pressure.

Whether you're aiming to sharpen your skills, test yourself against strong opponents, or simply enjoy the thrill of organized competition, we’d love to have you involved.

We currently have over 30 players playing regularly and competing against each other in a series of fun, sociable games. Come join the fun, meet new people and test your skills.

Our upcoming fundraising events. Please help us spread the word.

There's not date yet for the auction, we are just collecting prizes to auction off first. If you can donate a prize, service or voucher it would be much appreciated. Examples of prizes already donated... Surf Lesson, 6hr Gardening Promise, Fish and Chips for 2, Jewellery Making Lesson, Cakes, 12 Month Gym Membership, Apparel, Hair Cut and Colour. Plus may others.

Our 2nd hand clothes sale is happening on Sunday 9th November, if you would like a table its just £10 please drop us a message. Save the date!!! There will be a lot of fantastic bargains to be had.

Gym Fundraiser Update!!

We've been working hard in the background for the last couple of months and have been applying for grants and fundraising. We can now reveal that our fundraising target has almost reached £20,000, which is incredible...

We would like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who has helped us get to this target. We are currently in the process of applying to the lottery to see if they can help us get nearer to our target, and have several fundraising events planned for the upcoming months.

We are more determined than ever to get this gym built for our community, we just need one final push to make this happen, please get behind this project and show that community spirit which is needed to get it over the line, we're so close now!!!

🕵️‍♀️Did you know, you can play Pickleball at the Community Centre.

What is pickleball? Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net, where players use paddles to hit a plastic ball between them. It can be played as both singles and doubles.

We provide all the necessary equipment for you to play, it's super easy to pick up and play and great fun for all the family.

The court is just £10 per hour and can be hired via our website

We also offer a free weekly session at the community centre where you can come along and learn how to play with other like minded players in a fun, social environment. Please drop us a message if you wish to attend our free sessions.

Due to a spate of anti social and dangerous behaviour by a small group of youths at the community centre recently, we have decided to install CCTV inside and outside of the venue.

Parents please have a word with your children to let them know that there is now CCTV at the hall. We have now had a couple hall users wanting to get the police involved regarding incidents that have happened over the past couple of days.

All hall users will be advised to contact the police if they are subjected to more of the same behaviour.

The individuals are known to the committee and where necessary cctv footage will be forwarded to the police if this behaviour continues.

A huge thank you to the very talented and professional Courtship Flooring for doing an amazing job on our floor once again.

Shame the same can't be said for rentokill who were the complete opposite 😡😡😡

Thankfully Lewis came to the rescue at the 11th hour to bail us out of a very difficult situation.

The floor looks amazing and now has an additional pickleball kitchen line which is marked in orange.
