Crime Commissioner Awards 2026
‘Outstanding Contribution to Supporting Victims of Crime’ - Runner Up

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Founder & Director, Katie Newell, who has been recognised as Runner Up in the Crime Commissioner Awards for her commitment to supporting victims of crime.

Katie has always believed that nobody should have to face difficult circumstances alone. Through her work, she continues to listen, support, advocate and help people navigate some of the hardest moments in their lives via the frontline professionals who serve our community.

West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner, Simon Foster, said: “The Outstanding Citizens’ Awards are an annual celebration and reminder of the extraordinary power of community action and spirit across our region.

This recognition is a wonderful reflection of the compassion, dedication and determination she brings to supporting individuals and families across our communities.

Small acts. Big impact 🤍
