I just love this photo of Mac💙 which have on my kitchen wall. There are pictures in nearly every room, but this one is always with me as I spend a lot of time in the kitchen! I see him young, but tall & strong and reflective. A quiet serene moment in his all too short, but often very chaotic ADHD life. In the days when he was “just naughty” (despite his diagnosis from a professional). But he was changing, maturing, so kind, empathetic and thoughtful. He was there when I needed him like the day before he died, picking me up in his car when I didn’t want to cycle in the pouring rain & dark weather. I miss my boy, so much. Now he lives in my heart and my head. When I walk 30km for his 30th birthday I will carry my thoughts all the way around. I will and talk to him as I walk around the Holme Valley.
