The seas are finally calming after a few weeks of well-earned rest for our hardworking Pirate Festival crew! ⚓🏴‍☠️

As we look back on a fantastic Pirate Festival, we'd like to give a hearty pirate salute to our generous sponsors who helped make the 2026 Pirate Festival possible.

As every seasoned sailor knows, events like these don't simply appear on the horizon overnight. Countless hours of planning, preparation, and hard work go into bringing the festival to life, and that voyage requires funding.

The businesses below dug deep into their treasure chests and contributed what they could to help launch the 2026 Pirate Festival. We are incredibly grateful for their support and community spirit.

Please join us in thanking these wonderful local businesses for helping keep the Pirate Festival ship sailing strong! ⚓☠️

DH Team Ltd - Coach Driver agency
Lyme Bay Winery
Simply Home Improvements
De La Pole Freemans
Tesco -Seaton Branch
Devon County Council
Seaton Chamber

🏴‍☠️ Keep yer spyglass trained on the horizon – we'll soon be revealing the date for the 2027 Pirate Festival!

Just in case you couldn't get tickets for the event last Saturday here is a little snip for you to enjoy....

Seaton was taken over by pirates for a day of parades, music, menus and a very special 91st birthday

So if you didn't manage to get to the top of Seaton town on Saturday we held a family fun day where we invited other community groups to come and entertain with lots of fun and games. Seaton Primary PTFA were one of the groups who came, gave us lots of fun things to do and raised a bit of money to put back into the local school!

This festival would not happen if it was not for a few things...
* All the volunteers who have been working for months on organising the events on this special day
* Our sponsors who have donated money or prizes to make this day possible, as we are all aware nothing is for free. Check out their pages and give them a like!
* Seaton Chamber, this event is one of the chamber's events which they run throughout the year. So remember, if you think they are doing a great job and you can afford to maybe join their membership, because the more memberships we get the more they can help our town shine that little bit brighter! Check out their page or website.
