1st Murton Scouts are hosting a Christmas Fayre to support Seaham District Scout Groups fundraising for a summer camp in 2026.

Held at St Paul's Church in Murton on Sunday 21st December 11am-3pm (when the carol concert starts)

Our Young people are running a variety of stalls including a book tombola, a bottle tombola, a lucky dip, guess the name of the bear and a second hand games stand (including pokemon cards)

We also have some fantastic local businesses joining us with a variety of stalls. This will be a great opportunity to do some last minute Christmas shopping 🛍

As part of our fundraising for our Kandersteg, Switzerland trip in August. Seaham and District Scouts and Explorers have been taking part in a 12 hour danceathon from 8pm last night to 8am this morning.

Part way through they briefly stopped for a quick break to enjoy pizzas from La Vera pizza in Seaham, thank you La Vera pizza 2 for supporting our young people!
