We’re looking for an ASB Officer to join Ongo, investigating ASB, hate crime and tenancy management issues across our neighbourhoods.

✨ Salary: £36,933
📍 Neighbourhood-based role
🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
🤝 Working with residents, colleagues and external partners
⚖️ Involvement in complex cases, enforcement, legal action and court proceedings
💙 Supporting victims, survivors and witnesses

We’re looking for someone with strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, who can manage complex cases and work confidently with a range of partners.

Experience with glazing, UPVC repairs, composite doors and locksmithing would be a great advantage.
