Our Stay & Play sessions are back next Friday 19th June! 🙌🏽 Join us from 10am - 11:30am for parents / carers and children aged 0-4 years 🧸

Come and explore our large gym set up with lots of soft play equipment to climb, bounce and hide amongst, as well as a baby sensory area 🙌🏽 We are fully equipped for whatever the temperature with air conditioning / heating units 🌤️🌧️

£5 per session. Pre-booking required as we do not want to overfill our sessions. To enquire further or book a session please email [email protected] 📥

What a fantastic set of results from our teams at Energy 🙌🏽 So many talented teams attended this event and we managed to place top 3 in all of our divisions, which is an incredible achievement! 🎉 On top of our results we had lots of full ex*****on scores, which is our goal at any of the competitions we attend. Massive well done to all of our athletes and their coaches. We are so proud of you 💛👑

Our youngest competitive athletes made us incredibly proud yesterday. Our PRINCESSES👸🏼 have all grown in confidence so much this season and the massive crowd in the ballroom yesterday did not faze them in the slightest. Massive well done girls! 🥰
