Hi everyone,
Just a quick update regarding today’s payroll. We process payroll on Thursdays, even though payday is Friday, to allow time to resolve any banking issues that may arise.
Unfortunately, we experienced some unexpected banking issues today, which meant a small number of payments didn’t go through as planned. The issue has now been resolved, and anyone affected will receive their pay tomorrow morning at the latest (on payday).
We’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
