With the reducing evening light and change of weather, we're calling time on Arrive and Drive for this season.

So we now just have the IconicRC Revival on 12th-13th September left to go on our 2026 race calendar.

A combination of the last BRCA National of 2026 for Darren and mountain biking in Scotland for Paul means there won't be an Arrive & Drive session on Friday 28th August. However, members can still book a practice session using the request form on the club website.

We plan to hold 1 more Arrive & Drive session on Friday 4th September, before we host the IconicRC Revival the following weekend.

Arrive and Drive is on as usual this Friday, gates open at 5.30pm, with the track open for practice from 6pm until dusk.

Free for club members, £5 for non-members.

We'll make the most of the remaining summer evenings until the light starts to fade.

Well, once again that's it - the end of another BMR BOSS / BMR Retro championship. We'd like to say a massive THANK YOU to all of the drivers who have supported the series in 2026 and made it such a great club championship once again. We try our best to provide a good facility, a good track layout and well-organised events, but without you all we have is a field and a load of rabbits.

We have just one more race meeting left on our 2026 calendar, which is the Iconic RC Revival on 11th-13th September. Then we'll turn our attention to our winter maintenance programme and planning ahead for 2027.

The final championship positions were very close in all classes. Well done to the trophy winners in each class. 👏

Next Sunday 16th August will be the 5th and final round of this year's BMR BOSS and BMR Retro championships. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in each class.

There will be no Arrive n Drive this Friday due to holidays and the 1/10th National at Bury. Members, please book practice sessions if you still wish to use the track on Friday evening.
