Elham Valley Road, Breach CT4 6LN
A lovely spot for lunch, a stroll through the gardens or simply relaxing while admiring the beautiful vineyards. A perfect place to bring a friend but places are very limited. Please book with Helen prior to attending to save disappointment 07724039537

Tuesday 4th August we meet at The Brickfield Cookhouse + Pub Cherry Garden Lane, Folkestone CT19 4AP at 12:30 for lunch and a social catch up

A few tips for keeping cool in this heat...
During the day keep your windows and curtains closed, open once the sun has gone down
Wear loose fitting natural fibre clothes
Drink plenty of water/squash/tea etc- not alcohol as dehydrates you
Put a wet tea-towel around your neck
Put your feet in a bowl of cool water (not cold)
Use fans if you have them
Check on the elderly and frail
This heat will hopefully pass soon. Look after yourselves and others
