2 reminders for tomorrow

1. Raffle tickets have come home with your children, If you were hoping to win one of our fantastic prizes (see below). make sure you fill them in and bring your payment with you. SUMUP will be available at the carol evening. make sure your name and contact number is clear on the tickets.

2. If you were hoping to book your child in to the gift room tomorrow. Please make sure you book in this evening before bookings are close tomorrow lunchtime.

📣 Hello Year 3 and Year 6 Parents

We are still short on volunteers for tomorrow’s Carol Evening and really need your support to run the stalls:

🔹 Year 3 – Male Present Room (helping children with wrapping)
🔹 Year 6 – Refreshments (serving hot chocolate, tea & coffee)

Unfortunately, these stalls cannot run without volunteers.

If you can spare just 20 minutes, it would make a huge difference — the time will fly by!

💛 Year 4 & Year 5 parents — if you’re able to help too, we have plenty of roles that need covering.

You can now book your child Into the Christmas Gift Room during the School Christmas Carol evening.

For just £2.50 per gift (maximum 2 gifts) children can:
✨ Choose a gift
✨ Get help wrapping it
✨ Add their gift tag

It is a lovely way for the children to create a surprise for someone special!

🎁 If your child would like to purchase 2 gifts, please book 2 slots, there are separate slots for “Gift for Male” and “Gift for Female”. If you have an allergy please make us aware with your booking number and we can try to assist your child when choosing a gift.

👨‍👩‍👧 Drop-off details: Please bring your child to Treetops after school and wait outside the room while they take part. Arrive 2 mins before your slot (no earlier) to reduce queuing.

YEAR 6 – REFRESHMENTS STALL

☕ Year 6 Parents – Can You Help? ☕
Year 6 are running the Refreshments stall at the Christmas market on the 10th December — serving drinks, mince pies and festive cheer!

We need 3 volunteers per 20-minute slot to take money and serve refreshments. It’s a fun, sociable job and one of the key stalls of the evening.

⏰ Slots:
4:30–4:50
4:50–5:10
5:10–5:30
5:30–5:55 ⭐ (volunteers in this slot will get a reserved seat at the front for the carols!)

If you can spare 20 minutes, we would be so grateful.

YEAR 5 – TOMBOLA & RAFFLE STALL

🎟️ Year 5 – Volunteers Needed! 🎟️
Year 5 families have been allocated the Tombola & Raffle stall at the Christmas Market on the 10th December — one of the busiest and most exciting stalls!

We need minimum 3 volunteers for each slot to help take money, hand out pens and fold raffle tickets. Nice and straightforward!

⏰ Slots:
4:50–5:10
5:10–5:30
5:30–5:55 ⭐ (volunteers in this final slot will get front-row seating for the carols!)

If you can give just 20 minutes, it really helps.
The market simply can’t run without our amazing parent volunteers — thank you! ❤️

YEAR 4 – GIFT FOR MUM STALL

🎁 Year 4 Parents – Can You Spare 20 Minutes? 🎁
Year 4 are in charge of the popular “Gift for Mum” wrapping stall at the Christmas Market — and we need your help to keep it running smoothly!

We need at least 3 helpers per 20-minute slot to support children with wrapping and writing their tags. It’s simple, festive and a great way to mingle with other Year 4 parents too.

4:50–5:10
5:10–5:30
5:30–5:55 ⭐ (volunteers in this slot get a reserved chair at the front for the carols!)

Your support is essential — we can’t run the market stalls without volunteers.
