🌟 What an amazing day in East Cleveland! 🌟
We’ve been out and about getting ready for , and wow — the energy today has been incredible!
From Margrove Park, Lingdale, Carlin How to Liverton Mines, we’ve loved chatting with residents, meeting community champions, and spreading the word about our Connecting Healthy Communities roadshow.
📣 All the dates, venues, and times are on the poster below — don’t miss it!

The lovely Tees Valley Rural Action are wanting to help us celebrate Village Halls Week on the 18th March.

They are coming along with a few health and well-being agencies, so why not Pop along for a cuppa and chat.
