We are thrilled to announce the Foundations in Educational Chaplaincy course is now live to explore and sign up to! This course was originally developed by the Institute for Children, Youth and Mission (CYM), under the leadership of Nigel Roberts, a respected educator, author and lecturer with over 30 years of experience in chaplaincy.

Our incredible school chaplain, Louise, is a listening ear for parents, pupils and staff.
Louise supports us with creating incredible opportunities in school, such as inviting guests from all around the world, creating hands on, practical lessons, sharing worship, providing a safe space, leading creative workshops and supporting the mental health of our wonderful Wilton pupils.

Step into the Christmas season with us at our Bridge Advent Service on Friday 27th November!

Join us as we gather to mark the beginning of Advent together in a heartwarming service celebrating the radiant Light and Hope of the Christmas message.

Venue:St John's Place, Lower Bemerton, SP2 9NP Time: 6:30-7:30pm (doors open 6pm)

Followed by warm mulled w**e and delicious mince pies to truly get everyone into the festive spirit.

A brilliant day for us to build relationships with the awesome local Salisbury businesses.

Thanks to Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce for organising the event and to Grist the sponsors.

We are buzzing after meeting some really inspiring businesses and organisations and individuals. We are excited to see how we can work with more schools with the support of the local businesses community!

We have made the decision to postpone our October Quiz Night and give it a bit of a refresh.

Rather than squeeze it into an already busy autumn, we are moving it to February 26th 2027 and taking the opportunity to rethink the evening and make it a brilliant night for everyone.

If you have already booked a table or tickets, thank you so much for supporting us - we will be in touch with you directly.

So, no Quiz Night this October… but watch this space for a refreshed Bridge Quiz Night coming in February! 🎉

To all the young people taking the 11+ this weekend, we’re thinking of you. 💛

Many of our chaplains know children in their schools who will be taking the test, and we know it can feel like a big day.

So, from all of us at The Bridge Project…take a breath, do your best and remember that one test does not define who you are or all the wonderful things you can do!

Jessica, Luke and Bethany joined us in September and have been busy with their inductions. They are now super excited to join their new schools next week.

Jess joins Winterbourne Earls Church of England Primary School as their Chaplain every Wednesday and will also be The Trafalgar School at Downton Chaplain in a shared role with Luke. Jess will be at Trafalgar on a Tuesday.

Luke joins Broad Chalke C.E. Primary School every Tuesday as their Chaplain and then will be at The Trafalgar School at Downton as Chaplain every Wednesday and Thursday.

Bethany, excitingly joins a new school to The Bridge, Harnham Church of England Junior School. A big welcome to Harnham! Bethany and will be there on a Tuesday. Then joining Winterslow Primary School on Thursdays!

We’re so excited to have Jess, Luke and Bethany joining the team and can’t wait to see all that lies ahead for them!
