IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE
CHANGE YOUR CHOICES.
- Alcohol
- Drugs
- False people
- The wrong job
- Lack of routine
- Holding it all in and not talking.
All these things are the biggest contributors to mental ill health.
They fog your reality and keep you trapped.
They exasperate your condition.
Your not broken, your just scared to step out of what you think is your comfort zone and take action.
Its not handed to you on plate. No one is going to knock on the door and offer you all the help you need.
YOU need to open up and search for positive actions you need to take.
And trust me from experience its not the BS you see on social media. Running 5 miles a day, going to the gym daily, eating special food, taking special supplements or any other crap.
They are just replacement addictions that mask the route of your mental ill health.
Trust me I have tried them all.
